Why He Became an Orthodontist
Dr. Alkhoury was first exposed to orthodontics when he was informed that his 17-year-old sister had to have braces. He got to see exactly how her smile transformed day by day, and it was clearly for the better. She also started to become more talkative, social and generally confident once she completed treatment. This life-changing moment was what motivated him to pursue orthodontics for himself, and help others achieve the same experience. He couldn’t be happier with the career that he chose to this day.
Where He Studied Dentistry & Orthodontics
Dr. Alkhoury first earned his dental degree from Boston University. There, he graduated with honors. He would then go onto to complete a residency in Advanced Education in Orthodontics as well as Dentofacial Orthopedics at New York University. He’s become well-respected over the years as a practitioner, particularly by the American Academy of Orthodontists. His care and education for providing exceptional treatment as well as staying updated on the latest advancements in dentistry helps him stands out from his peers. He’s active in the:

What He Likes to Do Outside of the Orthodontic Office
Dr. Alkhoury enjoys being with his family, celebrating his favorite baseball team, the Red Sox, and traveling the country when he’s not working.
